We are looking for a skilled content creator (full-time – remote).

We are a company operating in the automotive field targeting the Saudi and Gulf markets, and we are seeking a person with a high marketing sense and a deep understanding of the nature of impactful social media content, able to turn ideas into clear and attractive content that delivers results.

This is not merely an execution job. We are seeking someone who participates in building, developing, producing, and continuously raising the quality of ideas.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas suitable for the Saudi and Gulf markets and in line with local tastes.

• Convert ideas into publishable content that achieves reach, interaction, and clear results.

• Supervise the production or implementation of content from idea to final version.

• Work with the team on developing marketing messages and creating new presentation angles.

• Analyze content performance and extract points that can be built upon in upcoming campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in social media content creation, not just an interest or personal experiment.

• Published work online that can be reviewed, preferably with clear results in terms of reach, engagement, or growth.

• Clear ability to capture what suits the Saudi audience in terms of language, style, rhythm, and general taste.

• Preferably lived in Saudi Arabia or grew up there, or has genuine knowledge of market customs and audience behavior.

• Has marketing thinking ability, not just technical execution.

• Fully available to work full time.

Nature of Work

• Remote work.

• The company does not have an official office in Istanbul.

• We have a team that usually meets in coffee shops in the Esenyurt area.

• It is preferred to be able to meet one or two days a week, especially in the initial phase, as direct cooperation helps develop ideas and improve marketing quality.
