Born in 1966, Dr. Tercan completed his primary education and then graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He became a specialist in 1996.

After working as a faculty member at various universities, he became an associate professor in 2002.
He became a professor in 2011.

He conducted studies abroad at different times (Queen Mary University Hospital-London).

He works in the field of aesthetic surgery in Istanbul and Dubai.
