Hazal Ceren Özçelik graduated from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Anatolian High School in 2008. She completed her higher education at Başkent University Faculty of Dentistry and graduated in 2014. Between 2014-2016, she worked as a dentist at a private healthcare institution in Ankara. In 2016, she started working in the public sector at Ankara 75th Year Oral and Dental Health Hospital. She continued her public duty until 2021. During this period, she served as the chief coordinator for oral screenings and fluoride applications for children in many private and public schools in Ankara.
In November 2021, she left the public sector and opened her own private clinic with her colleague.
