Treatment of gummy smile

Orthodontist Merve Karaışık Soysal was born in 1991 in Mersin. She completed her primary education at the Private Nene Hatun Schools and her high school education at the Private Nene Hatun Science High School in 2009. She completed her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry between 2009-2014. In 2015, she secured the 5th place in Turkey in the Dentistry Specialization Exam (DUS) and earned the right to receive orthodontics training at Hacettepe University. She completed her specialty training with her thesis study titled 'Evaluation of the effects of muscle function regulator appliances on dentofacial structures and upper airway in individuals with Class 2 Division 1 malocclusion' and became an orthodontist in 2020.
She is currently providing services to her patients in various clinics in different districts of Ankara.
