Training Solutions Consultant

Euro Training Center is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Training Solutions Consultant to handle all client-facing activities, including lead generation, sales calls, and customer service, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Presales:

• Generate and qualify leads via inbound/outbound channels.

• Schedule discovery calls to assess client needs.

• Manage CRM data and update lead information.

• Follow up to close sales and build client relationships.

• Identify upselling opportunities for additional services.

Customer Service:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide information.

• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.

• Send and track payment claims.

• Present new offers to clients to boost engagement.

Administrative Support:

• Handle client registrations and maintain records.

• Communicate training updates and coordinate logistics.

• Manage shuttle requests and confirm participant details for certificates.

• Assist in collecting training feedback and sending joining instructions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or training consultancy

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Preferably Turkish nationals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and client service

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes

• Ability to coordinate and communicate training logistics effectively

• Experience in the training or education sector is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
