Tasks and Responsibilities

Receiving customer requests via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, and converting them into confirmed reservations.

Executing hotel bookings, confirming them, and following up on modifications and cancellations. Preparing price offers professionally (B2 / 2B) and sending them quickly. Following up with clients and offices until closure and updating order status daily.

Coordinating with the operations team regarding transfers and tours when there is a package.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in tourism sales. Good knowledge of reservation systems and dealing with hotels and suppliers. Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and follow up. Highly organized and quick response, especially via WhatsApp. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred (Turkish is an added advantage). Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
