He was born in 1974 in Muğla/Milas. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. In 2006, he received his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.

Between September 2006 and October 2011, due to compulsory service, military service, and public duty, he worked in various cities across Turkey. In 2008, he successfully passed the exam organized by the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and received the National Board Certification. He left his public position in 2011 and began working as an independent physician.

He closely follows innovations and scientific events organized in the field of Plastic Surgery. Beyhan Çakır is married and has one child.
