Born in Konya in 1979, Dr. Ahmet Ramazan Kara completed his high school education in Konya and was admitted to Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 1997. He completed his English preparatory year and five years of dental education, graduating in 2003.

After working in various private hospitals in Istanbul, he moved to Pendik in 2006 and continued his work as a dentist. In 2012, he founded the Pendiş Oral and Dental Health Clinic. He is still working at the clinic he established.
