Responsibilities:

• Manage the store and oversee its daily operations

• Handle secretarial duties and company-related accounts from the store

• Conduct online marketing through social media platforms

• Effectively promote products and increase sales

• Provide a sophisticated customer experience and enhance their loyalty

• Represent the brand in a professional and elegant manner

• Participate in creating advertising content through promotional videos on social media (filming and editing will be handled by a specialized company, so design or filming experience is not required)

Qualifications:

• Positive and attractive presence to serve as a promotional face for the store

• Leadership personality capable of taking responsibility for the store

• Experience in digital marketing and managing social media accounts

• Previous experience in beauty and sales

• High self-confidence and the ability to establish and succeed in the project

• Completely dedicated (not tied to study or another job)

• Able to sign a long-term contract to ensure continuity of success

• Excellent command of Arabic and Turkish, and an intermediate level of English

• Elegant appearance, courteous presence, and a strong social base
