Job Announcement: Sales Manager
A leading company in the field of detergents and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is announcing its need to fill the position of a qualified and experienced Sales Manager. We are looking for a dedicated and creative candidate to join our growing team, which aims to achieve new successes and enhance our global presence.
General Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for preparing and setting sales policies and marketing plans to increase the company's market share in targeted markets. This includes identifying customer needs and desires and determining target markets. Additionally, the Sales Manager leads the sales team and develops effective strategies to achieve sales goals and the company's profitable growth by building strong customer relationships, discovering new market opportunities, and analyzing performance to improve operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Specialized Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic sales plans.
- Set and manage the operational sales budget.
- Manage activities related to sales plans and sales volumes and set performance measurement goals accordingly.
- Achieve acceptable profit margins and market shares based on pre-prepared and approved plans and market and economic indicators.
Basic Requirements for the Position:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in sales, preferably with experience in FMCG.
3. Preferably holds professional certifications in sales.
4. A track record of achievements in sales.
5. Proficiency in English.
