
Prof. Dr. Atilla Arıncı graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1981, became an assistant in the Department of Anatomy in the same year, and in 1983 started his specialist training at the Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine Clinic of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 1987, Dr. Arıncı became a specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and, in the same year, was appointed as an instructor at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine Clinic of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 1991, he became an Assistant Professor, and due to a scholarship he won in 1991, he was sent to England by decision of the faculty executive board to work at the "University of London, University College Hospital" Clinic of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery. Between 1991 and 1993, he received training and conducted scientific research in the field of aesthetic surgery in England for two years, and in 1992 was accepted as a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). Dr. Arıncı became an Associate Professor in 1994 and was promoted to Professor in 2000.
