Op. Dr. Ömer Buhşem was born in Adana in 1967. In 1991, he completed his education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine and received the title of Medical Doctor.

After his compulsory service in the Gevaş district of Van, he started his specialty training at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. From there, he transferred to Uludağ University, where he completed his specialty training in Aesthetic-Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery, Jaw Surgery, and Burns, earning the title of Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.
