Odontogenic maxillary sinusitis

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tennure Yazanel, Specialist in Prosthetic Dental Treatment - Prosthesis Specialist, completed her primary and secondary education in Ankara. In 1981, she was admitted to the Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry, from which she graduated in 1986. In 1987, she began her first assignment at Ankara Haymana State Hospital. In 1988, she started working as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Dentistry at Dicle University. In 1992, she received the title of Doctor of Science with her thesis on 'Histopathological Evaluation of the Oral Mucosa of Patients Using Total and Partial Prostheses.' In 1995, she became an assistant professor, and in 1997 she earned the title of Associate Professor in Prosthetic Dental Treatment by passing the proficiency exam organized by the Council of Higher Education. She worked as an associate faculty member at the same faculty until 2002. In 2003, she was appointed to İzmir Training Dental Hospital. Between 2003 and 2017, she served as the clinic director and as a clinical specialist dentist at the same hospital. Under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education, she has provided certified training for dental assistants and technicians. Between 2009 and 2016, she served as a member of the Prosthetic Dental Treatment Specialty Committee for DUS (Dental Specialization Examination) under the Ministry of Health. She has participated in and received certification from numerous national and international courses on implant prostheses, advanced implant surgery, and aesthetic smile design. She also has many publications both domestically and internationally.
