Op. Dr. Fazlı Cengiz Bayram was born in 1976 in Konya Beyşehir. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. He successfully completed his medical education, which he started at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English), in 2000 and received the title of Medical Doctor. He completed his residency in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.

Throughout his career, he has taken care to keep his knowledge up to date by attending numerous national and international congresses, seminars, and hands-on courses, and has adopted providing the highest quality healthcare to his patients as his principle.

In addition to his articles published in domestic and foreign scientific journals, Op. Dr. Fazlı Cengiz Bayram also has numerous oral and written presentations in scientific meetings.

Op. Dr. Fazlı Cengiz Bayram is a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (TPRECD), the Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (EPCD), the Turkish Medical Association (TTB), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and has a good command of English and German.
