Job Duties:
Social Media Management:
• Managing the company’s accounts on all platforms (Instagram – Facebook – TikTok – LinkedIn – YouTube).
• Understanding and representing the “spirit of TRUSTUS” and the company’s tone in every post, story, and comment.
• Following up on messages and interacting with the audience in a professional manner.
• Preparing periodic reports on performance, follower growth, and analysis.
Content Writing & Creative Direction:
• Creating ideas for the content writer to compose marketing and awareness content in a clear and professional style.
• Proposing new and updated ideas for campaigns, videos, and daily content.
• Developing content stories that reflect the company’s core values.
• Transforming legal and accounting services into simple, understandable, and attractive content.
Creative Team Coordination:
• Direct coordination with the graphic designer and editor.
• Turning ideas into content ready for publication.
• Ensuring visual and linguistic identity consistency across each platform.
• Reviewing materials before publishing and giving final approval.
Website Management:
• Constantly suggesting content.
• Coordinating services, packages, pages, and articles with the content writer and website manager.
• Improving user experience to reflect the company’s identity.
Digital Branding:
• Preserving the unified company identity (colors – font – style – messages).
• Enhancing the company’s presence as a trusted reference for business owners in Turkey.
• Participating in preparing paid advertising campaigns in coordination with the specialized team.

• Proven experience in social media management within a company or organization.
• Excellent ability to create and compose content in an engaging style.
• Skill in task coordination and working with designers, editors, and content writers.
• Deep understanding of the nature of companies and legal/financial services (a strong advantage).
• An organized, precise, creative personality who understands the "spirit of digital identity".
• Time management skills and commitment to deadlines.
• Experience with analytics tools and Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Arabic language is essential – Turkish or English is an advantage.
