Interior designer for the Tem34 Tahtakale office

Job Description:

We at Trust Lines Tasarım ve Mimarlık Limited Şirketi are a specialized company working on behalf of a US-based firm, with experience in designing commercial spaces such as stores, restaurants, clinics, and more, in addition to preparing technical drawings, manufacturing, and installation drawings.
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, attention to detail, and strong experience in using SketchUp and Lumion as well as traditional hand-drawing techniques.
In this role, you will work within the design team and collaborate with the production team to develop conceptual designs for interior spaces and prepare production drawings.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and presentations using Photoshop or similar software.

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings using SketchUp and Lumion.

• Create detailed sketches and render designs to effectively present design ideas.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to develop the overall design concept.

• Prepare complete design packages including floor plans, elevations, and technical specifications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• At least two years of professional experience in the field of interior design.

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
