
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and competent Human Resources Officer to carry out daily HR tasks and support management in all employee-related operations.
Responsibilities:
Implement the approved HR policies and procedures of the company.
Follow up on attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Contribute to recruitment processes, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Prepare contracts, administrative correspondence, and monthly performance reports.
Oversee employee matters related to salaries, insurance, and compliance with internal regulations.
Contribute to improving the work environment and enhancing internal communication.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Very good command of the English language.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with labor laws in Turkey is considered an added advantage.
