Op.Dr.Reşit Burak Kayan; After graduating from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, he completed his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Vakıf Gureba Education and Research Hospital and Bezm-i Alem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He personally completed the software and production phases of his specialty thesis, 'Smart Footprint and Smart Sheet,' and obtained international patents for these inventions. With this work, he was awarded in the Assistant Clinical Study competition of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He received micro-surgery training for about 6 months at Taiwan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and, upon returning to Turkey, began performing surgeries involving the transfer of lymph nodes taken from the neck to the leg in lymphedema treatment, as well as toe-to-finger joint transplantation surgeries.
