During his residency training, in 2012 he worked in Cleveland, Ohio, USA at the clinic of the world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Bahman Guyuron, to receive training on facial aesthetics and migraine surgery. In the same year, he worked with Dr. Mario Rietjens in Istituto Europeo di Oncologia in Milan, Italy, focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Having passed the two-step exam held in Brussels in 2013 and 2014, Op. Dr. Murat DİYARBAKIRLIOĞLU earned the European Board Certificate (European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) and completed his compulsory service at Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital for two years.
Dr. Diyarbakırlıoğlu started continuing his professional activities under the brand MD Aesthetics, at his own clinic, as of March 2020.
His professional interests include post-bariatric surgery (correction of sagging and deformations that occur in the body after excessive weight loss), body contouring with liposuction, aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, facial and nasal aesthetics.
