Customer Service Representative (Technical Support)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via chat and other means.
Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Deliver accurate and comprehensive information about financial services and products (crypto and forex).
Contribute to the improvement of customer service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and Turkish.
Good knowledge of financial markets, especially crypto and forex.
Previous experience in customer service.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Preferably female candidates.
Maximum age of 35 years.
