Quality Specialist

Euro Training Center

Euro Training Center is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System and ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of training materials and accredited programs.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards in training program documentation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement while ensuring professional communication with trainees, clients, and accreditation bodies.

Job Purpose

To ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Euro Training Center through proper documentation control, monitoring training program quality, analyzing quality data, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems & Documentation

  • Support the implementation and continuous development of the Quality Management System.

  • Prepare, review, update, and control policies, SOPs, and approved quality forms.

  • Ensure all departments use approved and controlled document versions only.

  • Organize, archive, and manage quality documentation electronically and link it to internal systems such as Bitrix.

Training Programs & Operational Quality

  • Monitor documentation and implementation of training program procedures (before, during, and after delivery).

  • Ensure proper use of approved trainee, customer evaluation, and satisfaction forms.

  • Contribute to improving training delivery, service quality, and overall customer experience.

Internal Audit & Follow-up

  • Participate in internal audit activities related to training programs and operational processes.

  • Identify non-conformities and deviations from approved procedures.

  • Document audit findings and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Quality Data & Reporting

  • Collect and organize quality data from evaluations, complaints, operational reports, and audit results.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare quality KPIs and periodic reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement

  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on audit results and data analysis.

  • Follow up on implementation of improvement plans and measure their effectiveness.

  • Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture across the organization.

 

Authority

  • Request quality-related data and information from all departments.

  • Recommend updates to quality procedures and documentation.

  • Stop the use of outdated or unapproved documents.

  • Submit quality and improvement recommendations directly to management.

 Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of structuring and reviewing training content.

  • Excellent professional communication and correspondence skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Ability to coordinate tasks across departments.

  • Professional and tactful communication with clients and accreditation bodies.

  • Ability to prepare clear, structured reports and documentation.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Training & Development, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, training operations, or a related role.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve training quality and service delivery.

Additional Requirement

  • Preference will be given to Turkish nationals.
