Customer Service Representative (Technical Support)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via chat and other means.

  • Efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries.

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information about financial services and products (crypto and forex).

  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and Turkish.

  • Good knowledge of financial markets, especially crypto and forex.

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Preferably female candidates.

  • Maximum age of 35 years.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Punctuality and seriousness in work.
