THE FRAGRANCEv is seeking a highly creative and sophisticated Luxury Content & Marketing Specialist to join our exclusive team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting bespoke content for a luxury niche brand, combining storytelling, elegance, and strategic marketing to elevate the brand’s presence across social media and digital platforms.

Rules & responsibilities

1. General Responsibilities

     a- Create high-quality content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and objectives.

     b- Follow all internal guidelines, policies, and deadlines set by management.

     c- Maintain professionalism in communication (internal & external).

     d- Stay up to date with industry trends, platforms, and best practices in content and social media.

2. Content Planning & Strategy

      a- Participate in planning content calendars (weekly, monthly, or campaign-based).

      b- Research topics, audiences, and competitors to generate relevant content ideas.

      c- Propose new content formats (e.g., blogs, videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, newsletters).

      d- Align all content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.

3. Content Writing Responsibilities

      a- Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy for:

              1- Blog posts & articles

              2- Website pages & landing pages

              3- Social media posts & captions

              4- Email newsletters & campaigns

               5- Scripts for video, podcast, or voice-over

        b- Adapt tone and style depending on platform and audience (formal, casual, informative, promotional, etc.).

        c- Ensure all written content is original (no plagiarism) and properly referenced if sources are used.

        d- Edit and proofread content before submission to ensure quality and consistency.

4. Visual & Multimedia Content

        a- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to bring content concepts to life.

        b- Provide clear creative briefs for graphics, videos, and other visual assets.

        c- Review visual content to ensure it matches the brand identity and message.

        d- Assist in basic content creation tasks (e.g., selecting photos, suggesting layouts, creating simple visuals using templates).

5. Social Media & Publishing

         a- Prepare and schedule content across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

          b- Optimize posts for each platform (format, length, hashtags, tags, timing).

          c- Monitor engagement (comments, messages, shares) and respond where appropriate, following brand tone and guidelines.

          d- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations.

6. Brand Consistency & Quality Control

          a- Follow brand guidelines (tone of voice, visual identity, terminology).

           b- Ensure all content is factually accurate and checked before publishing.

           c- Avoid sensitive, offensive, or controversial topics without prior approval.

           d- Double-check names, dates, figures, and any public claims before posting.

7. Communication & Collaboration

            a- Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and other relevant departments.

            b- Attend meetings, brainstorming sessions, and debriefs as required.

            c- Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to the team or manager in a timely manner.

            d- Be open to feedback and revisions, and update content accordingly.

8. Deadlines & Workflow

             a- Deliver all content on or before the agreed deadlines.

             b- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business priorities.

             c- Notify the manager in advance if a deadline may be missed and propose a solution.

             d- Keep all content files organized and properly named for easy access by the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, luxury marketing, social media, and sales support.

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement strategies, and brand positioning.

• Fluent English skills (C2 level preferred).

• Exceptional creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of mood boards, visual branding, and luxury brand standards.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium brand.

• Experience with video scriptwriting is a plus.

• Familiar with Google drive ( Sheet, Doc, .... )

Workplace: Istanbul - Beylikduzu - AKROS ISTANBUL TOWER

Working Days: Monday -to-->>  Friday

Working Hours: 09:00am - 19:00pm
