In 2009, he started at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Diseases and Surgery. His master's thesis was on "Proliferation Markers Used in Determining the Proliferation of Developmental and Inflammatory Cysts";

His doctoral thesis was completed on "Evaluation of Lateral and Frontal Forces in Atrophic Mandible with Angled Implant Placement by Finite Element Analysis".
