
A company in the automotive sector is seeking a male or female customer service employee to join the team and work remotely.
Main Tasks
Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and telephone calls.
Providing clear and accurate information about available services and cars.
Following up with customers politely and professionally, and converting inquiries into actual sales opportunities.
Documenting notes and forwarding customer needs to the relevant team when necessary.
Requirements
Fluency in the Saudi dialect (speaking and understanding), and the ability to communicate appropriately with the Saudi audience.
Previous experience in the automobile sector with good knowledge of terminology and the nature of customer questions.
Practical experience in customer service or telesales.
Fast communication, good follow-up skills, and the ability to handle a large number of inquiries daily.
Commitment, discipline, and the ability to work remotely efficiently.
