Born in Paris in 1956, Dr. Osman Oymak continued his education at the Çapa Faculty of Medicine after Saint Michel French College. Dr. Oymak, who completed his specialization in plastic surgery at the Çapa Faculty of Medicine, carried out his advanced training in ophthalmic plastic surgery and facial paralysis surgery at EVGMS Norfolk Virginia in the USA.

Since 1991, Dr. Osman Oymak has been working as a private physician at Oymak Plastic Surgery Clinic. In addition to his articles in congresses and journals, he has three books titled "Breast Implants", "Liposculpture" and "Who Pulled the Countess Tight".
