We are looking for a social media manager to join our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Writing and editing content in Arabic, English, and Turkish for posts, stories, and Reels on all our official platforms.

• Coordinating with the design department to ensure that graphics and images are consistent with marketing messages and the brand's visual identity.

• Scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite or Buffer) and ensuring adherence to the editorial plan.

• Creating innovative ideas and campaigns that align with market trends and achieve high engagement and new followers.

• Effectively communicating with clients and followers and responding to their inquiries and comments in a professional and friendly manner.

• Coordinating with influencers and signing agreements with them to enhance brand awareness and increase engagement.

• Preparing monthly performance reports on engagement indicators and follower growth, and suggesting data-driven improvements.

• Managing time and tasks and organizing priorities to ensure all editorial plans are executed on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of prior experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand.

• Proficiency in the three languages: Arabic (native or excellent), English (advanced), Turkish (advanced).

• Strong skills in copywriting and social media SEO techniques.

• Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).

• Strong capabilities in digital marketing campaign strategic planning.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

• Flexibility and the ability to learn quickly to keep up with changing digital communication trends.

• Permanent or nearby residence on the European side of Istanbul.
