
The World Humanitarian Work Organization (WWHO) announces its desire to recruit a Digital Media and Communications Officer to join its team and contribute to enhancing the organization's media presence and highlighting its humanitarian mission across various digital platforms.

Work location: Organization Office – Mecidiyeköy, Şişli – Istanbul
Tasks and Responsibilities
Design visual and creative materials for the organization in accordance with visual identity guidelines.
Manage the organization's social media accounts and publish content on a regular basis.
Prepare and execute a monthly digital content plan.
Write media and creative content, including news, press releases, success stories, and posts for humanitarian campaigns.
Cover the organization's activities and programs in the media through photography and videography as needed.
Produce and edit photos and short videos suitable for publication across digital platforms.
Coordinate with different departments of the organization to prepare media materials for projects and programs.
Follow up the performance of social media platforms and prepare periodic reports including performance indicators and recommendations.
Propose innovative ideas and media campaigns to enhance the organization's reach and increase engagement with its content.
Required Qualifications
University degree in media, journalism, marketing, graphic design, public relations, or any related field.
At least two years of practical experience in digital media or managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in using design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalents.
Experience in using video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or others.
High skill in content writing in Arabic, with proficiency in English.
Good knowledge of managing social media platforms and mechanisms for increasing reach and engagement.
Ability to work within a team, handle work pressure, and meet deadlines.
Creativity, precision, and the ability to turn ideas into professional visual and media content.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working with humanitarian organizations or civil society organizations.
Knowledge of website management.
Ability to use AI tools in design and content creation.
Familiarity with the basics of visual identity and corporate branding.
