Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with patients and responding to their inquiries professionally.

• Providing initial consultations and following up with patients until the date of treatment.

• Managing conversations via WhatsApp and social media platforms.

• Updating patient data using the CRM system.

• Coordinating with the medical team to ensure an outstanding experience for each patient.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the field of hair transplantation, medical aesthetics, or medical tourism.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to manage multiple conversations at the same time.

• Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.

• Commitment, responsibility, and team spirit.

• Preferably fluent in one or more of the following languages:

  • 🇬🇧 English

  • 🇩🇪 German

  • 🇷🇴 Romanian

  • 🇷🇺 Russian

  • 🇫🇷 French
