Video editor (montage) and motion graphics

We are looking for a creative and professional editor to join our media team at the association, to produce inspiring and influential visual content.

Position: Video Editor (Video Editor & Motion Graphics)

Work hours: Full-time at the association’s headquarters.

Location: Turkey - Istanbul - Fatih

Responsibilities:

• Editing and montage of videos for the association’s programs, events, and works in a professional manner.

• Designing intros, transitions, and visual content using motion graphics programs.

• Color and audio correction to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Preparing short and fast videos suitable for social media platform standards (Reels/Shorts).

• Collaborating with photographers to ensure visual vision integration, and assisting in field or studio shooting when necessary.

• Performing other tasks related to his/her specialty as assigned by the department manager.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in editing and video production.

• Complete proficiency in Premiere Pro in addition to good proficiency and knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop

• Priority will be given to those with photography skills or in-depth knowledge of visual composition rules, camera angles, and lighting.

• Ability to turn ideas and written scenarios into engaging visual content.

• Preference for knowledge of humanitarian work standards and news storytelling.

• Ability to organize time and meet submission deadlines.
