Dr. H. Seçkin Oksar, born in 1967 in Izmir, completed his secondary education at Izmir Saint Joseph French High School. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1992 and completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at Akdeniz University. After finishing this program, in 1999, he received the title of Board Certified Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgeon. Immediately after, he continued his education in plastic surgery at Antalya State Hospital for seven years, until April 2007. During his time at Akdeniz University, Dr. Oksar completed various research projects. These experimental and clinical studies represented a new and innovative concept in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In the meantime, he began to establish his own private practice, which is now known as Seçkin Oksar Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic. Dr. Oksar is active in many associations and organizations. He is currently a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASAPS). He speaks English and French.
