Op. Dr. M. Nebil Bozdoğan was born in Istanbul in 1959. He completed his education in Ankara. In 1977, he graduated from TED Ankara College, and in 1983, from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, receiving his specialization in aesthetic and plastic surgery in 1991.

He completed his military service at the GATA Haydarpaşa Plastic Surgery and Burn Clinic in Istanbul. He worked at the ONEP Plastic Surgery Clinic in Istanbul, state hospitals in Ankara, the Plastic Surgery Clinic of the university hospital in Leiden, Netherlands, as well as several clinics in Germany. He has 36 years of medical experience and 28 years of expertise in all kinds of aesthetic surgical operations for the face and body. Additionally, he has 20 years of experience in hair transplantation and 14 years of experience with the FUE hair transplantation method.
