Born in İzmir in 1978, Dr. İlker Birkalan graduated from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002. After completing his military service, he established his own clinic in Levent in 2005. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a dentist at the Istanbul University Health, Culture and Sports Department. Since 2016, he has continued his clinical studies together with Dr. Ali Ekrem Canbaz. He has participated in numerous training programs, especially on implant-supported prostheses, porcelain laminates, and DSD (Digital Smile Design).
