Op. Dr. Tuba Hilal Güçlü was born in 1979 in Erzurum. After completing her pre-university education, she successfully graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine and received the title of Medical Doctor. She completed her specialization at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and became a Specialist in Plastic Surgery.

She worked at Ordu State Hospital and at Yenimahalle Ankara Training and Research Hospitals between 2011-2019.

Op. Dr. Tuba Hilal Güçlü continues her professional work at her private clinic in Çankaya, Ankara, providing services to her patients.
