Dentist Nuray Güner Bilgili was born in 1975 in Karabük.

She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1997, worked for two years in a private hospital, and started working in her own dental clinic in 1999.

She is married and has one daughter. In her spare time, she pursues her lifelong hobby, Pastry Making and Special Cake Arrangements, which she has loved since childhood.
