Dentist ERCAN TOPÇU was born in 1960 in BALIKESİR. He graduated from “ANKARAGAZİ HIGH SCHOOL” in 1978 and from “ANKARA GAZİ UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF DENTISTRY” in 1984. He is a member of the “TURKISH DENTISTS' ASSOCIATION - ISTANBUL CHAMBER OF DENTISTS”.
