📢 Cafe/Restaurant Supervisor Required in Istanbul (Kayaşehir – Başakşehir)

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to work at a branch of CREPELLO Cafe in Istanbul – Kayaşehir / Başakşehir area, with the following requirements:

✅ Basic Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written) – essential requirement

• At least one year of previous experience in supervising a restaurant or cafe

• A leadership, responsible personality capable of organizing the team

• Seriousness, discipline, and commitment to schedules

• Preferably residing near Kayaşehir / Başakşehir

• Oversee the daily operations and organize team shifts

• Greet customers and ensure their satisfaction

• Maintain service quality and cleanliness

• Coordinate with management to secure orders and requirements
