Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Leadership: Optimize sales processes, including CRM management (e.g., Salesforce or similar), pipeline forecasting, and performance analytics to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with sales teams to implement tools and strategies that boost conversion rates and revenue.

  • Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel content plans, including blog posts, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and video content tailored to our fragrance collections. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, SEO best practices, and audience insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to integrate sales data with content initiatives, such as targeted promotions and customer engagement campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs for sales ops (e.g., win rates, deal velocity) and content performance (e.g., engagement metrics, lead generation), providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Market Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in fragrances, digital marketing, and sales technologies to recommend innovative approaches that differentiate HONEY BEE CLEVER in the global market.

  • Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members in sales ops and content creation, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on content creation.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

  • Creative Skills:

    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of content samples.

    • Ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor messages for different audiences.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Fluent in using google sheet drive.

  • Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
