Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Identify and convert qualified leads into active trading clients
Proactively follow up, engage, and close deals with a tailored sales approach
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Account Management
Manage and nurture existing client relationships
Maximize client lifetime value through upselling and retention strategies
Provide consistent and high-level support to active traders and partners
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns
Propose and coordinate promotions to support client acquisition and retention
Communicate marketing efforts effectively to existing and prospective clients
Requirements
Proven sales experience in the FX or online trading industry
Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT5), spreads, leverage, swaps, and account structures
Solid client-facing communication skills and persuasive sales ability
Existing client portfolio or industry network is a strong advantage
Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
