
We are looking for a call center for an educational consulting and student services company
Minimum qualifications and experience required:
- A relevant university degree or a university student who has not graduated
- Previous practical experience in the call center of not less than one year in the field of educational consulting exclusively
- Experience in the Turkish market and information about Turkish private universities, admissions and their systems
- Withstand work pressure and follow up with students
- Ability to commit to work hours and work conditions
- Knowledge of CRM Bitrix
Required: Full-time from the company headquarters
Monthly salary + percentage
