Greeting and welcoming guests at hotels.
Assisting with the check-in procedure and room assignments.
Providing necessary information about the hotel and available services.
Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure accurate registration of bookings and payments.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries.

✅ Required Qualifications:
Politeness and good customer service skills.
Good knowledge of Arabic, preferably English or Turkish.
Preferably with previous experience in the tourism or hospitality sector.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
