Job Description
Market Analysis and Product Planning:
Study market and customer needs.
Identify improvement opportunities or introduce new products based on market data.
Communication with Foreign Factories:
Correspond with factories and suppliers abroad to obtain quotes, product specifications, and quality certificates.
Review and audit technical and commercial agreements before product approval.
Coordinate regarding production schedules, delivery times, and export requirements.
Product Data Management:
Prepare and follow up on technical specification sheets for each product.
Update the product database in accordance with factory or market developments.
Internal Coordination and Technical Support:
Support the sales department with necessary technical information and training on product features.
Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure products are available with the required specifications and timeline.
Present demonstrations to clients and work teams.
Quality Management and Feedback:
Monitor the quality of products received from the factory and coordinate in case of discrepancies or remarks.
Analyze customer complaints and work on product development in cooperation with the factory.
Participation in Exhibitions and Events:
Represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions when needed.
Search for new suppliers or innovative products during events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain (or a related field).
At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, import, or commercial correspondence.
Proficiency in English speaking and writing (a mandatory requirement for communication with factories).
Familiarity with principles of supply chain and business negotiation.
Proficiency in using Office programs and data management software.
Working Hours
Working hours are 48 hours per week
Work schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm Riyadh time
Weekend holiday is on Friday
