In 2017, I was appointed as a Lecturer at Bezmialem Foundation University Faculty of Dentistry. Between 2017-2019, I taught "Orthodontics I and Orthodontics Practicum" courses. I had the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary manner on many advanced clinical cases. In 2019, I established the Private Elmas Dent Oral and Dental Health Clinic and I continue my professional life in my own clinic. I am still closely following developments related to my expertise. At the top of my special interests are Invisalign treatment, which is known as wire-free orthodontics with clear aligners, jaw disorders, adult orthodontics, cleft lip and palate, and orthodontic treatments during the growth period.

I am a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), Turkish Orthodontic Society (TOD), Turkish Aligner Society (TAD), European Orthodontic Society (EOS), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), and World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO).
