Medical Consultant (Telephone Sales) for a Medical Tourism Company in Istanbul

A medical tourism company in Istanbul is looking to provide its staff with a "Medical Consultant" (Telesales)

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience of not less than one year in the field of medical tourism.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince customers.

- Basic knowledge of the field of dental treatment and the ability to explain it clearly.

- Proficiency in Arabic in addition to English or French.

- Full-time availability to work at the company's headquarters in Yenibosna/İstanbul

- Holder of a valid Istanbul residence permit/residence

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Contacting potential customers by phone and explaining the services we provide.

- Providing accurate information about dental treatment and the services provided.

- Guiding customers towards the best solutions according to their needs.

- Recording accurate notes on details and requirements.

- Achieving specific sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

Job Benefits:

- Salary of 25,000 Turkish Liras + excellent commissions in dollars of up to 5%.
