Medical Consultant for Hair Transplantation – Medical Consultant

We are looking for a medical consultant to join our team in the field of hair transplantation, with strong communication skills and experience in dealing with patients and international clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and patients and respond to their inquiries.

• Providing preliminary information on hair transplant procedures and available services.

• Follow up with clients from the consultation stage until booking the procedure.

• Conduct follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand the patient’s needs and provide suitable consultation in coordination with the medical team.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert them into bookings.

• Record and track client data within the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

• Build a professional and trustworthy relationship with patients.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the field of hair transplantation, medical aesthetics, medical tourism, or medical sales.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to deal with clients from different nationalities.

• Ability to work within a team and achieve goals.

• Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients at the same time.

Required Languages

Fluency in English is required in addition to at least one of the following languages:

• 🇬🇧 English

• 🇪🇸 Spanish

• 🇷🇴 Romanian

• 🇩🇪 German

• 🇷🇺 Russian

Fluency in more than one language is considered an advantage.
