
Responsible for generating qualified demand through paid campaigns, producing attractive designs and ad content, and converting potential customers into paid deals via a structured sales funnel.
Responsibilities
First: Advertising Campaigns
Developing paid strategies through: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat.
Writing ad copy in Arabic/English, performing A/B testing on messaging, creative, and audience.
Managing budgets and bids, adjusting frequency, optimizing CTR/CVR, and reducing CPL/CAC.
Preparing weekly performance reportsSecond: Design and Content
Designing simple static and animated advertising materials (Stories/Reels/Banners/Posts) in line with the brand identity.
Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva; and basic motion design if possible.
Setting up fast landing pages (WordPress/Elementor or Webflow) following best conversion practices.
Third: Sales and Lead Management
Qualifying leads (MQL → SQL), managing pipeline through CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive).
Presenting offers, follow-up, negotiation, and closing,
accurately updating CRM, issuing quotations and invoices in collaboration with the finance team.
Requirements
2–4 years of practical experience in paid ads + solid design fundamentals + direct experience in sales or pre-sales.
Mastery of the mentioned advertising platforms and analytical tools.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and writing marketing content
Communication and value-proposition skills, and ability to work under monthly targets.
