We are looking for an IT Specialist / Technical Support to join our team in the Istanbul office. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and ensuring the smooth daily technical workflow.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide initial technical support for employees (devices, software, networks).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, email, and internal systems.
Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and software.
Escalate complex technical issues to the next level when needed.
Adhere to the company's approved IT policies and procedures.
Document malfunctions, technical procedures, and solutions followed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
University degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Previous experience in technical support or IT (preferred).
Good knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office programs, and networking principles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish is an added advantage).
