🕒 Type of work: Full-time

✅ Job Responsibilities:

Leading the marketing team and supervising the design, content, and relations departments

Developing and effectively implementing monthly and annual marketing plans

Building and expanding the network of international agents (Arab countries – Africa – Russia – USA)

Preparing and analyzing marketing and advertising performance reports

Planning and executing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Managing budgets and achieving the best return on investment (ROI)

Representing the company in international relations, exhibitions, and partnerships

🧠 Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in marketing and team management

Practical experience in the medical, supplements, or cosmetics sector

High leadership and organizational skills

Fluency in English and preferably Turkish

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under target pressure
