Hidradenitis Suppurativa

I was born in Istanbul on May 19, 1967. I completed my primary education at Kadıköy Osmangazi Primary School, secondary education at Kadıköy Anatolian High School, and high school at Ankara Science High School. During high school, I was a TÜBİTAK scholar and took 3rd place in Biology in the TÜBİTAK Project Competition in the third year of high school.

In 2009, I received my Hand Surgery specialization, and in 2011, I was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medical Faculty. I was a Hand Surgery Subspecialty Instructor at the Istanbul Medical Faculty, and I taught classes to fifth-year medical students, graduate students in Developmental Neurology at the Institute of Child Health, and physiotherapy students at the Faculty of Health Sciences. At the beginning of 2020, I retired from the Istanbul Medical Faculty. I have numerous published articles, chapter authorships in international books, and book translations. I am proficient in English. I am the father of a university student born in 1999.
Currently, I am working at a center named INORA, where I work together with neurosurgery, neurology, and orthopedics specialists.
