Özer AKINCI was born in Isparta in 1977. He completed his secondary education at Antalya College and Isparta Anatolian High School. In 2000, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry (ÇAPA) and received the title of Dentist.

In 2002, he qualified to enter the Department of Prosthetic Dental Treatment at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry. In 2005, he presented his thesis titled 'Color Systems and Determination of Color by Spectrophotometric Analysis Method' and completed his 'Specialization in Prosthetic Dental Treatment'.
